Join our team as a Producer Commissions Consultant II, where you’llplay a pivotal role in managing and administering our producercommissions programs. Your expertise will ensure accurate andtimely compensation for our producers, aligning with bothorganizational goals and regulatory standards. The ideal candidatewill have experience in insurance or financial services, with afocus on commissions processing and producer relationshipmanagement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point ofcontact for producers regarding commission inquiries, statements,and disputes. Build and maintain strong relationships withproducers, providing timely and accurate information and resolvingissues or concerns in a professional manner.
  • Oversee theadministration of producer commissions programs, includingcalculating, processing, and reconciling commissions payments.

Ensure accuracy and timeliness in commission calculations andpayments in accordance with established guidelines and agreements.

  • Identify opportunities to streamline and optimize commissionprocesses, procedures, and workflows. Implement best practices,tools, and technologies to enhance efficiency, accuracy, andtransparency in commission administration.
  • Maintain accuraterecords of commission agreements, transactions, and communicationswith producers. Prepare and distribute commission statements,reports, and documentation as required for internal and externalstakeholders.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements andindustry standards governing producer commissions, includinglicensing, disclosure, and reporting obligations. Stay abreast ofregulatory changes and updates that may impact commission programsand processes.
  • Utilize commission management systems and softwaretools to automate and streamline commission processes. Collaboratewith IT and operations teams to maintain and enhance systemfunctionality, troubleshoot issues, and ensure data integrity.
  • Analyze commission data, trends, and performance metrics toidentify opportunities for improvement and optimization. Provideinsights and recommendations to management for enhancing commissionprograms, increasing producer productivity, and driving businessresults.
  • Understand and interpret various commission structures,including base commissions, overrides, bonuses, and incentiveprograms.

Work with internal stakeholders to implement and managecommission structures that align with business goals and regulatoryrequirements.

Education

  • 4 year Bachelors Degree(Preferred)Experience
  • 2 or more years of experience(Preferred)Supervisory Responsibilities
  • This job does not havesupervisory duties.

  • In lieu of theabove education requirements, an equivalent combination ofeducation and experience may be considered.
