This individual will be responsible for leading the production team, optimizing processes, maintaining quality standards, and ensuring on-time delivery of our products. Key Responsibilities Oversee daily production operations in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Lead, coach, and develop production staff to ensure a high-performance culture. Plan and coordinate production schedules based on demand forecasts and inventory levels. Ensure quality standards and safety protocols are strictly followed. Continuously improve manufacturing efficiency, reduce waste, and increase throughput. Work closely with engineering, purchasing, and logistics teams to ensure seamless production. Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and drive corrective actions when needed. Manage equipment maintenance schedules and coordinate repairs as needed. Support new product launches and design for manufacturability efforts. Qualifications 5+ years of experience in a production or manufacturing management role, preferably in small assemblies, electronics, or related industries. Proven leadership and team-building skills in a manufacturing setting. Strong knowledge of lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement. Ability to read technical drawings and interpret manufacturing specs. Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills. Proficient in production planning tools and ERP/MRP systems.
