This role is crucial in ensuring our high-impact projects for the cruise and hospitality industry are executed with precision, timeliness, and quality.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
Lead and manage print production workflows from file handoff to final delivery. Coordinate and schedule in-house and outsourced printing, cutting, finishing, and installation processes. Oversee inventory control for substrates, ink, print materials, and hardware – from procurement through to usage tracking. Develop and implement inventory systems to streamline forecasting, minimize waste, and manage reorders. Schedule and manage logistics for on-site installations, including packing, transport, and labor coordination. Partner with the creative and sales teams to ensure feasibility, material readiness, and on-time execution of projects. Track production timelines and logistics to ensure deadlines and client expectations are met. Manage equipment maintenance schedules and recommend operational improvements.
Monitor and enforce quality standards and job ticket accuracy. Lead daily production and install huddles, managing resources and resolving bottlenecks quickly.
WHO YOU ARE
3+ years of hands-on experience in print production , inventory , logistics , or installation coordination , preferably in a signage or large-format print environment. Strong understanding of substrates, production machinery, and finishing techniques. Experience with production management or inventory software (e.g., Printavo, ShopVOX, OnSite, or similar). Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking skills. Clear communicator with leadership qualities – able to lead vendors, installers, and internal teams alike. Experience managing a team of at least 5 people. Problem-solver with a proactive mindset. Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred due to client and vendor base.
