Position Overview:

Hexin Technology Inc. is seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Producer to lead and manage our video and photo shoots for advertising campaigns and branded content. This role will oversee the entire production process—from pre-production planning to on-set execution and post-production coordination. The ideal candidate will be fluent in both Chinese and English , and bring strong project management skills, creative problem-solving abilities, and a passion for storytelling through visual media.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the end-to-end production of video and photo shoots for product ads, commercials, and social media campaigns. Manage pre-production logistics , including budgeting, scheduling, casting, location scouting, and coordination with internal teams. Act as the primary liaison between creative, marketing, inventory, and external vendors to ensure alignment on deliverables and timelines. Supervise on-set operations , ensuring smooth shoot execution, equipment readiness, and team coordination. Oversee post-production workflows , including reviewing footage, managing edit timelines, and delivering final assets to stakeholders. Maintain production documentation and track progress across multiple simultaneous projects. Ensure brand standards are upheld across all content, with a sharp eye for visual consistency and storytelling quality. Translate and communicate clearly between English- and Chinese-speaking teams to ensure effective collaboration.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Film, Media Production, Communications , or a related field. Fluent in both Chinese and English (spoken and written); ability to translate or interpret creative direction across languages. 3+ years of production experience in commercial, advertising, or branded content environments. Strong understanding of video/photo production workflows , equipment, and on-set roles. Exceptional project management and organizational skills , with the ability to manage timelines, budgets, and priorities. Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills. Able to remain calm and solutions-oriented in high-pressure, fast-paced environments. Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with project management tools (e.g. Trello, Asana) is a plus.
