Summary We are seeking a Quality Control Manager to join our team at iEnjoy Home. This role is pivotal in ensuring that our products meet the highest quality standards throughout the manufacturing process. Located in the United States, this position contributes significantly to our mission of providing exceptional bedding products that enhance customer satisfaction. Responsibilities Manage our overseas production timelines and run our QC teams in China and Pakistan and Eventually India. Coordinate closely with factories to ensure POs are on time, audit and handle QC inspection reports, and escalate major issues to senior leadership when needed. Work internally with Forecasting, Logistics, and Product Development to keep everyone updated on production status and any issues. Oversee the quality control process within the manufacturing facility to ensure product standards are met. Develop and implement quality assurance protocols and procedures. Conduct regular inspections and tests on raw materials and finished products. Collaborate with production teams to identify areas for improvement in quality processes. Train staff on quality control measures and best practices. Analyze quality data and prepare reports for management review. Address customer complaints related to product quality promptly. Requirements Highly detail- and schedule-driven, strong communicator, critical thinker, and able to control outcomes through communication and team management. Strong Excel skills are required. Proven experience in quality control or assurance within a manufacturing environment. Strong mechanical knowledge relevant to production processes. Familiarity with assembly line operations and factory settings. Ability to use various hand tools and power tools safely and effectively. Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail. Similar experience managing QC inspections at overseas factories and coordinating directly with suppliers. Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with team members.
