Production Manager – Roofing•3.8 3.8 out of 5 stars Sarasota, FL Bone Dry Roofing is looking for a hard-working, motivated, self-sufficient Production Manager to join our team. As a Production Manager at Bone Dry, you’ll play a pivotal role in our mission to deliver top-quality roofing solutions. This is a fast paced career and roofing experience is a plus. Daily Responsibilities Responsible for scheduling projects and ensuring each employee has the correct type of project assigned to them. Responsible for maintaining accurate schedules in the CRM software. Responsible for pulling project folders out and putting all invoices in them prior to setting them out for the installation team the day before the project starts. Responsible for 50/50 split expectation of jobsite versus office time. Responsible for ensuring that all aspects of each project are completed the first time. Oversee that each employee is performing a walkthrough with their customers at the completion of each project. Ensure each employee is collecting payment for each job upon completion. Oversee that all employees turn in accurate and completed job folders with the closing sheets, invoices, and receipts. Responsible for matching and sourcing materials for each project and having them staged for the project prior to the project starting and adjusting project invoices as needed. Ensure that all employees are utilizing communications software for consistent and regular project updates. Maintain accurate notes, and details in CRM software for each project. Ensure fleet (trucks and trailers) are maintained properly. Conduct job audits during and after projects. Ensure all safety procedures are in practice at all times. Responsible for running “callback” and “issue resolution” appointments for previously completed
