About Hawk Studios:
Hawks Studios is an award winning full-service in-house agency for the Atlanta Hawks family of brands. We provide cutting-edge production, development and content support for Marketing, Global Partnership, Social Media, Live Experience, External Affairs, Digital, and Basketball Operations groups. As well as Hawks Talon GC, College Park Skyhawks and State Farm Arena. Hawks Studios utilizes three production facilities and produces over 1000 projects a year. What we’re looking for? Job Summary:
The Hawks Studios Senior Producer will report to the Director of Content. They will support the Hawks Studios department across video production needs and creative projects. This position will lead the development and execution of the Atlanta Hawks, College Park Skyhawks and State Farm Arena sponsored content. This role is based on-site in Atlanta, GA. You will need to be able to travel to Atlanta Hawks office locations, travel for video shoots in the Atlanta area when scheduled, and travel with the team as neccessary. This position is expected to be in office a minimum of three days a week.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute high-level sponsored content, integrating the needs of clients and creative challenges
Key stakeholder in sponsored project execution, working closely with the Director of Content and Globabl Partnerships team
Lead communication between Legal, PR, Basketball Operations, Social Team, Globabl Patnership Account Leads, and Hawks Studios to execute projects
Work closely with Director of Content and other Senior Producers to cover team storielines and create player features
Travel with the team as necessary for away game content
Create engaging creative content that resonates with fans and incorporates partner needs, key stakeholder in pre-production planning with leadership
Produce production outlines including shots lists, questions, and scripts
Identify areas to collaborate with Marketing teams to support key initiatives through video content
Film and edit best in class sponsored video content for The Atlanta Hawks, College Park Skyhawks, and State Farm Arena
Able to incorporate feedback from multiple stakeholders
Adeptly manages projects and schedules on our Adobe Workfront platform
Proactively reaches out to stakeholders to facilitate project execution
Log, tag, and source footage for video projects through our Media Asset Management system, Iconik
Flexible to work evenings and/or weekends depending on events that are taking place
Handle confidential, privileged, and/or sensitive information carefully and with sensitivity
Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements:
5-7 years of experience working with a creative department or agency (collegiate or professional sports) preferred
7-9 years overall experience working in creative video production
Experience working for and traveling with a professional sports team is highly preffered
Experience creating sponsored content, promotional spots, and comedic content
Extensive knowledge and experience with Adobe Premiere Pro, Color Correction, Audio, Lighting, and Cinema Cameras
Experienced in producing creative briefs and pitching ideas
Able to incorporate motion graphics, titles, and other design assets into video content
Experience with detailed-oriented production and post-production workflows, able to collaborate with several producers
Strong communication skills and proactive planner
Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks/projects
Strong time management skills, and attention to detail are required
Must be a self-starter who exhibits a strong work ethic, reliability, and dependability
Ability to incorporate feedback from multiple stakeholders
Experience working in Professional/Collegiate Sports highly preferred
Familiarity/Passion for NBA and the
Sport of Basketball Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree in related field of work.
