This position will handle contracting paperwork, data entry into the administrative system, and maintenance of information, as well as answering phone calls and emails and handling accounting transactions. Candidates should have at least three years of work experience (experience in insurance or banking is preferred), and must have strong computer skills and excellent customer service, communication, analytical, and organizational skills. Bachelor’s degree in accounting and/or accounting experience is preferred. Bilingual is a plus! Pay rate is $20/hour, with a parking stipend. Monday-Friday, hybrid work schedule.
