About the role… Under the supervision of the Senior Manager, Marketing Initiatives the Senior Specialist, Marketing will be primarily responsible for managing the planning and execution of cross-channel marketing initiatives. This role serves as a key liaison between internal teams and external partners to ensure timely, cohesive, and brand-consistent delivery across different marketing channels. The ideal candidate is a creative thinker, skilled in project management, and a detail-oriented marketer with a passion for integrated marketing initiatives. Road Scholar offers a remote work environment. The compensation range for this exempt level salaried position is $59,000 – $65,000. In this role, you will… Lead integrated marketing campaigns across print, digital, email, and social channels, ensuring cohesive execution and brand alignment. Oversee the end-to-end development of print initiatives, including brochures, direct mail, signage, and event materials—from concept through production. Serve as project lead for print and cross-channel campaigns: create timelines, track milestones, manage budgets, and ensure timely delivery. Collaborate with creative, digital, and content teams to maintain consistent messaging and visual identity across all assets. Facilitate project meetings, maintain clear documentation, and communicate specifications, deadlines, and deliverables to internal teams and external partners. Manage vendor relationships, including printers and mailing services, ensuring adherence to estimated pricing, timelines and quality. Build project budgets and perform reconciliation after job completion ensuring project adheres to budget. We’re seeking… Bachelor’s degree preferred but, not required, with minimum 3-5 years of relevant experience. Some direct mail experience helpful. Understanding of budget creation and management. Demonstrated ability to complete work independently with careful attention to detail and follow-up; extremely accurate; demonstrated ability to juggle and prioritize tasks. Ability to self-monitor to ensure completion of projects on time; can deal effectively with unexpected demands; flexible. Polished written, verbal, email and phone communicator; evidenced by your professional cover letter. Highly computer literate; experience with project management or scheduling software a plus; ability to learn new software quickly and efficiently required Be highly organized.
