We’re looking for a hands-on, motivated leader with experience in apparel printing, team supervision, and customer-focused service.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage daily print production, including DTF, DTG, and screen-printing jobs Supervise and train production staff to meet quality and efficiency standards Monitor job schedules, workflow, and inventory Ensure proper equipment maintenance and troubleshoot production issues Coordinate with leadership on process improvements and business growth initiatives

Requirements:

Minimum 2 years of experience with Direct-to-Film (DTF), Direct-to-Garment (DTG), and screen printing Sales or customer service experience in a printing or apparel-related environment Prior management or supervisory experience Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills Comfortable working in a fast-paced, hands-on environment Reliable vehicle and valid driver’s license (required)
