Production Manager Neighborhood Theater Charlotte, NC 28205 • Hybrid work The Neighborhood Theatre is seeking a charismatic, organized, and versatile Production Manager who is passionate about production and setting a new standard for accommodating the needs of touring artists. This person will have meticulous attention to detail, an enthusiastic personality, and most importantly, a passion for live music. The Production Manager is a full-time salaried position.

Management Position Responsibilities include: Oversee all elements and aspects of show and event production, including: Show advances and execution Venue spec sheets and reference materials Show systems & templates tools Budget development and oversight Suppler development and maintenance Venue production cost oversight and management Artist and venue settlement Represent Neighborhood Theatre as production and event manager for shows and private events. Generate budgets and pricing for artist and special events developed by talent buyers. Assist with accounting close of all shows produced by division. Task includes artist pre-settlement and settlement oversight, venue settlement, and show accounting reconciliation. Negotiate production and show related supplier agreements. Deliver all productions within vetted and agreed upon budgets. Assist Marketing with all on-site fan and partnership initiatives, including media support, fan initiatives, and social media interactions. Assist Sponsorship with all tour and show alliance partnership initiatives, including staffing support, show activations, logistics, and artist relations. Assist Ticketing with ensuring all venue ticketing set ups are built to ensure the best fan experience including site holds, production holds, and artist allocations. Develop and implement operational policy and procedures for the Production Department. Assist in the development, establishment, and maintenance of production strategies to meet organizational objectives in terms of the effective management and fan engagement of the production of all White Oak events.

General Duties:
(Required of all consultants and employees, regardless of position.) Participates in the execution of emergency management plan and can locate what to do in the plan for various events. Other duties as assigned and agreed between the Company and the Consultant.
Reporting Process:
Reporting will be to the Neighborhood Theatre General Manager and Talent Buyer along with the StageRight executive team as needed.
