The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a passion for the performing arts, ensuring an exceptional experience for both patrons and staff. This role involves managing various aspects of theatre operations, including event management, customer service, and team supervision. Responsibilities Manage all aspects of theatre operations, including scheduling and shift management to ensure smooth daily functions. Supervise staff, providing guidance and support to maintain high standards of customer service. Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently, ensuring proper cash handling procedures are followed. Write reports on operational performance, events, and customer feedback to inform future improvements. Coordinate events management activities, including planning and executing special events or performances. Foster a positive work environment that encourages teamwork and effective communication among staff members. Collaborate with the management team to implement strategies that enhance overall theatre performance and guest satisfaction. Qualifications Proven experience in a managerial role within a theatre or similar entertainment environment is preferred. Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team effectively. Excellent customer service skills with a focus on creating memorable experiences for patrons. Experience in cash handling and financial reporting is essential. Ability to write clear and concise reports for management review. Events management is a plus. Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
