This role plays a vital part in ensuring smooth and efficient production operations while maintaining high standards of quality, safety, and supply chain performance. This is a direct hire, onsite position requiring strong leadership and a background in manufacturing operations. This job will have the following responsibilities: Create and execute production schedules to align with customer needs and organizational goals Coordinate closely with manufacturing, procurement, and logistics teams to ensure seamless operations and timely deliveries Oversee production workflow to identify and eliminate bottlenecks, enhancing throughput and efficiency Maintain accurate stock levels for raw materials, WIP, and finished products Develop and apply inventory control processes to minimize shortages, waste, and overstock Conduct routine cycle counts and resolve any variances Use production and inventory data to refine forecasting and operational accuracy Generate key performance reports on inventory turnover, stock status, and production timelines Drive best practices in production and inventory control with a continuous improvement mindset

Qualifications & Requirements:
