Job Description:

The Producer/Director is responsible for all aspects of theprograms they support, from concept through production anddelivery. Utilizes and demonstrates organizational skills,creativity, self-motivation, and a high production skills. Musthave ability to manage multiple large projects simultaneouslyincluding budget development and management. Moderate amount oftravel may be required. As an Event Producer/Director within MayoClinic’s Event Production team, you will play a key role indelivering high-impact productions that educate, inspire, andadvance alignment with Mayo Clinic’s strategic priorities. Althoughpart of the broader Event Production team, this position will bespecifically dedicated to supporting cardiovascular-related events.

In this role, you will lead the strategic planning, creativedesign, and seamless execution of events in close collaborationwith cardiovascular production and event planning teams. Yourefforts will ensure each production achieves its intendedobjectives through expert resource coordination, technicalexcellence, and audience engagement. Candidates should beexperienced event production professionals with a proven trackrecord of managing complex events from concept through completion.

The ideal candidate possesses exceptional attention to detail, ahigh degree of creativity, and a passion for delivering world-classattendee experiences. Proficiency in all aspects of eventproduction—including budgeting, venue and vendor management, andcompliance with industry standards—is required. This position willsupport Cardiovascular Events. extension program. Qualifications Bachelors degree ina media-related field and a minimum of four (4) years’ videoproduction required; or eight (8) years of relevant experience.

Prior experience in producing high-end events, photoshoots, orvideo productions is preferred. Must possess a high level ofemotional intelligence and strong interpersonal skills to be ableto effectively interact with senior and executive-level Mayo Clinicpersonnel and non-Mayo Clinic professionals.
