Role:

We’re looking for a Senior Managed Events Producer with deep expertise in virtual and hybrid event delivery, broadcast production, and web conferencing technology. This role is essential to executing polished, high-impact meetings and events for internal clients, including senior leadership.

Key Responsibilities:

End-to-End Event Production:

Plan, manage, and execute virtual, hybrid, and on-site events, including post-event analysis, metrics reporting, and basic video editing.

Web Conferencing Platforms:

Operate and support Microsoft Teams (Meetings & Town Halls), Zoom, Webex, BlueJeans, and GoToMeeting.

Live Streaming & AV Tech:

Manage the technical setup and live production using platforms such as vMix, OBS, Wirecast, and protocols like NDI and RTMP.

Executive-Level Support:

Deliver white-glove service to high-profile stakeholders and ensure flawless execution.

Project Management:

Use Agile methodology to manage and deliver projects in video conferencing and virtual event production.

AV Equipment Expertise:

Set up and support Cisco codecs, Microsoft Teams Rooms (MTRs), and other on-site AV systems.

Qualifications:

5+ years in live event production, AV tech, or virtual/hybrid meeting support. Proficiency in Microsoft Teams, Zoom, and event production tools (vMix, OBS, Adobe Premiere, etc.). Strong planning, multitasking, and communication skills. Experience working with executives and cross-functional teams. Ability to work on-site 5 days/week with flexibility for early morning/evening events. Occasional travel (up to 20%).

Preferred:
