Director of Sales & Events Key Responsibilities Lead all client communications and coordinate event logistics Supervise bar and event staff, including the Part-Time Bar Supervisor Conduct pre-event briefings and assign opening/closing duties Ensure events are set and ready 15 minutes before start time Maintain inventory, facility assets, and cleanliness Track and report expenses, inventory use, staffing, and billing Enter vendor invoices and manage alcohol inventory records Ensure compliance with liquor laws and safety protocols Oversee payroll for bar and event staff Complete incident reports and log communications Perform additional duties as assigned Qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent required Minimum 3 years in event management, bar service, or facility operations Bachelor’s degree and customer service experience preferred Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills Ability to work independently and under pressure with attention to detail Physical Requirements Ability to stand, walk, bend, lift up to 40 lbs Comfortable in loud or outdoor environments Proficient with standard office equipment
