Schedule:
Coordinate and assist with the production schedule, ensuring that all weekend services and events are adequately staffed and supported.
Care:
Support the team, ensuring all members are well-prepared and equipped for success.
Train:
Assist with training new team members and ensuring all team members are knowledgeable in their respective roles.
Recruit:
Assist with the recruitment process to build a strong, skilled team for production needs. 2.
Pro Presenter Support:
Build Services:
Assist with creating and setting up ProPresenter slides for weekend services and other events. Make Changes as
Needed:
Quickly adapt to any changes in the service flow, ensuring that ProPresenter is adjusted in real-time as required.
Train:
Train new team members and ensure they are knowledgeable in their role. 3.
Lighting Support:
Learn Lighting Systems:
Gain proficiency in the lighting system and be able to make any necessary adjustments during services or events. Make Changes as
Needed:
To help manage lighting across all venues, ensuring the desired lighting effects are in place for services or events. 4.
Video Prep & Support:
Gear Maintenance:
Work with the broadcast systems manager to maintain and troubleshoot all video production gear, ensuring all equipment is in working order before services or events.
Gear Prep:
Set up and prepare camera equipment for services or events, ensuring all necessary equipment is ready.
Message Run-Through:
Assist with the preparation and run-through of message content, ensuring that all media (videos, graphics, etc.) is correctly timed and formatted.
Edits:
Support editing video content as required, ensuring it aligns with service messaging and branding.
Small Event Video Directing:
Assist in the directing of smaller events, ensuring smooth transitions and high-quality production standards are maintained. Team Player o Actively participate in weekly staff meetings; attend one-on-one meetings with the leader; attend monthly All-Staff meetings. o Support the team’s goals by demonstrating teamwork and performing other duties as requested.
Job Essentials:

Experience with Pro Presenter, lighting systems, and video production equipment. Previous experience in a production management role or similar environment. Knowledge of video editing software is a plus.
