About the Facility Isuzu North America Corporation is investing approximately $280 million in a new 1 million-square-foot manufacturing plant in Greenville County, SC. Positioned strategically near I-85, I-26, and the Port of Charleston, this facility will support the production of N-Series Gas, N-Series Electric, and F-Series Diesel trucks. Targeting a capacity of up to 50,000 units annually by 2030, the plant will feature advanced flexible production lines and create more than 700 new jobs by its 2027 launch. What You Need Bachelor’s degree or higher Minimum of 5 years of experience in production planning or new project coordination in the manufacturing industry At least 3 years of prior management experience Experience working in a Japanese company preferred Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and email communication Japanese language skills preferred (daily or business conversation level) Strong leadership, strategic thinking, and communication skills Ability to align and coordinate multiple internal and external stakeholder interests What You Will Do Oversee development and progress management of production preparation schedules for product development projects Manage setup and updates of Bill of Materials (BOM) for production Plan and report budgets for the production department; manage cost allocations and reporting to accounting Oversee management of fixed assets, procurement, and budgeting for auxiliary materials, semi-straight materials, equipment, and tools Set team goals, allocate personnel and budgets, and monitor achievement against strategic objectives Lead departmental training, engagement, and performance management Serve as a liaison across departments and with suppliers to ensure smooth operations and early problem resolution Act directly to resolve issues and adjust plans as necessary Organizational Relationships Reports to:
