Accommodating up to 1,200 people, Brooklyn Bowl is the premier event venue in Nashville, offering an exceptional culinary and entertainment experience and full-service event production.
JOB ROLE
The Production Manager oversees all aspects of production at the venue. They will serve as a liaison between the artists and coordinate multi-show builds as well as be responsible for enforcing rules and regulations. They will report to the General Manager and manage all aspects of the production department including scheduling load ins, load outs, settlements, budgets, and maintenance of production gear.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Day of show management of concert/private events from load in to load out, with an emphasis on customer (artist/client) service, adherence to time schedules, sound restrictions and cost containment. Serve as a liaison between the artists and advance all rider needs within limitations of the contract and venue with an emphasis on quality, reliability and cost. Coordinate multi-show builds multiple times a week Responsible for reviewing emergency procedures and enforce rules and regulations designed to prevent security problems or safety hazards Manage all aspects of the production department including scheduling, load-ins, loadouts, settlement and maintenance of production gear Maintain sound, lighting, and stage equipment in coordination with Audio Engineers, Lighting Engineers and Stage Managers Make recommendations for improvements to all systems Supervise stage crew assigned to venue during events Report equipment malfunctions or concerns to GM Manage general repair and maintenance of equipment Advance sound, lighting, staging, and other performer needs for all shows with agents, tour managers, band members, event planners or event coordinators Enforce adherence to established house rules re: fire code and special effects (smoke machines, flash pots, pyrotechnics, confetti cannons etc.) Ensure production budget aligns with company goals. Collaborate with the GM and executive leadership to set budget goals and ensure they are met. Staff audio and light engineers, stagehands, loaders, merch sellers, and all other production positions for live events as needed and as the contract terms and production advances dictate Other duties and responsibilities as reasonably directed by Brooklyn Bowl management
