ABOUT THE ROLE & WHY IT MATTERS

Onsite is seeking an experienced Content Producer to lead and manage the production process across our video, podcast, and social media channels. We’re looking for a proactive, deeply organized producer who can bring creative ideas to life, manage timelines and crews, and ensure our content is not only delivered on time, but that it meets the emotional and visual standard of the Onsite brand. You’ll work closely with the VP of Marketing and creative leads to produce high-quality, emotionally resonant content across platforms. From scheduling and coordinating shoots to managing post-production workflows and supervising freelance editors, you’ll be the glue that holds the creative execution together. This is a role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, lives in the details, and genuinely loves the rhythm of content creation—from the first idea to the final asset. You’ll be helping shape how people experience the heart of Onsite through visual, emotional storytelling. The right producer will keep us focused, grounded, and moving forward, allowing our creative team to do what we do best: tell stories that heal and connect.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

Lead production for social media, podcast, branded video shoots, and digital courses ensuring all projects are delivered on time and aligned with Onsite’s voice and visual identity. Oversee scheduling, crew coordination, location logistics, and production timelines, serving as the primary point of contact across internal and external teams. Manage the post-production process—including reviewing rough cuts, coordinating feedback, and working with editors to ensure excellence across deliverables. Build and maintain content calendars, production timelines, and asset libraries. Coordinate podcast recordings, including logistics, timelines, guest communication, and production flow. Help source and manage freelancers and contractors, including camera operators, editors, and motion designers. Collaborate with the Marketing and Creative team to plan future shoots, shape content formats, and maintain momentum across all content streams. Track budgets, timelines, and deliverables across all active projects. Ensure every detail is accounted for—from script print-outs and snacks on set to backup batteries and drive organization.

Requirements:

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

5+ years of experience in content production (film, video, podcast, or digital media) Proven experience managing the full content lifecycle: pre-production, production, and post-production A strong understanding of content creation for social platforms, including Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, TikTok, and podcast-to-video workflows Experience managing creative freelancers (videographers, editors, etc.) and vendors Familiarity with production tools like Google Drive, Notion, Airtable, Asana, or similar Bonus if you’ve worked at a mission-driven brand or in wellness/mental health
