Bryant Beef is seeking a skilled, creative, and down-to-earth Content Creator & Video Editor who can take raw moments from the fields, barns, butcher shop, bee yards, equipment yard, and podcast studio—and turn them into powerful, professional content for social media. This role requires someone who’s just as comfortable filming cows in a pasture as they are editing reels or setting up a mic for a podcast. If you know your way around a camera, editing software, and the outdoors—we want to meet you.
Responsibilities:
Film high-quality, engaging video content of day-to-day activities on the farm, in the butcher shop, and at events. Edit videos for use on platforms like Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube. Add graphics, captions, sound design, and branding to all video content. Capture raw, authentic behind-the-scenes footage across our various ag operations (cattle, bees, meat shop, equipment). Help set up, record, and edit a Bryant Beef podcast (multi-cam setup, audio, lighting, editing). Organize and archive digital media for future content. Contribute creative ideas for content series, customer education, and brand growth. Follow brand guidelines and stay consistent with our tone (bold, real, unapologetically ag-based).
Preferred Skills:
Proven experience in video production and editing (portfolio required), Proficiency in editing software (Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar), Graphic design skills a plus (Photoshop, Canva, After Effects), Audio and podcast setup experience preferred (mixers, mics, cameras, editing), Comfortable filming outdoors in all types of farm and field conditions, Drone experience is a bonus, Strong storytelling instinct and fast turnaround times, Familiarity with agriculture, livestock, hunting, or outdoor living is a big advantage
