Position Overview We are seeking an experienced and visionary Executive Producer – Advertising to lead the development and production of compelling advertising and branded content campaigns. In this strategic leadership role, you will oversee the creative execution of video, digital, and integrated marketing assets that bring the Vuzix brand to life across global markets. This is a high-impact role for a creative producer with a proven track record in storytelling, campaign management, and agency/vendor collaboration. You’ll work closely with internal marketing, product, and executive teams, as well as external production partners, to ensure projects meet brand standards, deliver creative excellence, and drive engagement. Key Responsibilities Lead the end-to-end production of advertising and brand campaigns—from concept to delivery—across video, digital, social, and event platforms. Develop creative briefs and ensure alignment with brand messaging, audience needs, and campaign objectives. Manage production budgets, timelines, and vendor relationships, ensuring all deliverables are on-brand, on-budget, and on-time. Partner with internal teams (product, design, comms) to translate business goals into compelling visual narratives. Guide creative development across formats, including live-action, animation, explainer videos, testimonials, and product launches. Oversee casting, scripting, pre/post-production, and final delivery of advertising materials. Champion creative excellence and push boundaries in how we tell our brand story. Qualifications 7-10+ years of experience in creative production, advertising, or branded content—ideally with a tech or consumer product focus. Proven experience leading multi-channel content campaigns and working with creative agencies or production houses. Strong understanding of visual storytelling, digital advertising trends, and content strategy. Excellent project management and organizational skills. Strong communication and leadership abilities, with the confidence to present creative ideas to stakeholders and executives. Experience in AR/VR, consumer electronics, or hardware is a plus. Bachelor’s degree in Film, Communications, Advertising, Marketing, or related field. What We Offer Competitive base salary + performance-based bonus.
