This Role:

In this role, youwill have the opportunity to lead our in-house script writing team.

You’ll ensure we are producing world-class scripts for our Youtube,podcast, and radio shows. Additionally, you will play a key role inmaintaining writing standards and ensuring all content meets ourquality guidelines. The ideal candidate is always creativelythinking one step ahead and understands the business goals. Theywill speak into the strategy of our shows and level up the contentprocesses of our Ramsey Network team. The Ramsey Network teamproduces 7 YouTube shows with over 88 million monthly views,reaching people in every walk of life.

You’re Probably a

Match If:

You have 5+ years experience driving the development of mediacontent through scriptwriting. You have 2+ years of experience leading a team. You have worked with broad types of writing content (YouTube,Podcast, News, Documentaries). You have the ability to execute a vision and bring ideas tolife. You have a heart to “make it better” by identifying roadblocksand presenting solutions. You are bold, humble, self-aware, smart, and confident teammember who seeks the betterment of the team and organization atlarge versus themselves.
