StagePilot is adding a livestream producer to our Nashville-based production team. You’ll work on a range of projects from large-scale multi-camera events to smaller, single-camera gaming and chatting livestreams. Youll be responsible for overseeing all aspects of a livestream production, including video, audio, networking, and encoding workflows. Youll be producing multiple projects at all times and must be incredibly organized and knowledgeable about all aspects of pre-production, streaming, and post-production. Travel is required for this role. Requirements 2+ years producing video and/or multi-camera livestream projects at a production company, social media channel, video podcast, or similar 2+ years of hands-on experience with OBS, VMIX, Restream, and other common streaming software Familiarity with various control surfaces (ATEM, Streamdeck) and control room infrastructure Hands-on understanding of camera operation and audio recording workflows Experience creating and managing production budgets, schedules, and call sheets Experience sourcing and negotiating with crew members, rental houses, editors and audio engineers Willingness to travel frequently for on-location productions and livestreams Nice to haves Some experience with video editing Some experience with on-set crew responsibilities Interest in hands-on shooting, directing, and/or audio engineering for smaller productions If you’re passionate about producing and overseeing complex and efficient video productions, incredibly organized and detail-oriented and love working with a creative team to produce compelling content, we want to hear from you!
