The Multimedia Producer serves as a creative leader in charge of creating videos and photos that help showcase our services, employees, and culture. S/he is responsible for the full continuum of filmography including scheduling, producing, directing, filming, and editing a wide variety of employee features, service line and product educational videos, testimonials, and live events that help share our story. Position Specific Responsibilities Coordinates multimedia projects from start to finish. Collaborates with internal teams, leaders, and additional stakeholders in project development and production. Develops and implements creative concepts for short-form multimedia, both single and series, incorporating the most current and engaging styles, methods, and technologies, with attentiveness to established branding. Participates in the design of video graphics, titles, music, and creative look of assets; and makes editorial decisions regarding assembly of information, illustrations, and content. Accountable for videography, photography, associated editing, and post-production tasks. Plans and develops multimedia stories aligned with company strategy. Researches and develops ideas, provides feedback on scripts, maintains interview and shooting schedules, and supports recruitment of talent. Produces creative, highly professional multimedia packages, digital signage and online graphics as directed, integrating across platforms as appropriate video, photography, motion graphics, animation, sound effects and music. Serves as a key participant in the project planning process, developing storyboards, establishing timelines and utilizing other planning devices as necessary. Develops visually engaging official presentations as assigned. Stays current with rich media techniques, emerging technologies, and the latest web trends. Performs other duties as assigned. Education and/or Experience Bachelor’s degree with a focus on media required. At least five (5) years of experience in video/photo and editing required. Portfolio of work required.

Skills Mathematical Skills:

Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percentage.

Language Skills:

Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations. Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from leaders, colleagues, investors, and external parties. Excellent written and verbal communications.

Other Skills and Abilities:

Ability to understand, read, write, and speak English. Articulates and embraces hospice philosophy. Deep knowledge of a range of current design, coding, production, presentation, and editing tools. Able to skillfully convey information visually and in writing.
