Job Description
Real Estate Word Processor 4.1 4.1 out of 5 stars Birmingham, AL • Remote We’re looking for a detail-oriented and reliable Word Processor to join our team on a part-time contract basis, with the potential to grow into a full-time role. This position involves preparing, formatting, and editing documents, reports, and forms—often with content related to real estate transactions. Familiarity with real estate terminology and processes is highly preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
Accurately format and proofread documents such as contracts, listing agreements, disclosures, and correspondence Ensure consistency, grammar, and document quality standards are met Maintain organized digital filing systems Collaborate with team members to meet internal and client deadlines
Requirements:
Proven experience in word processing or document management Strong proficiency in Microsoft Word and Google Docs Working knowledge of real estate language, forms, or workflow (preferred) Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills Able to work independently and meet deadlines without constant supervision Availability during Pacific Time Zone business hours to ensure timely turnaround of tasks
Hours & Compensation:
