Job Description:

The Department of Oral and Maxillofacial Diagnostic Sciences, Division of Pathology in the College of Dentistry, is recruiting for two Federal Work Study Student Assistants. This position will provide office support to the Division of Oral Pathology.
This position provides specific office support to the department in relation to Medicare/PECOS enrollment. Duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to data entry, maintenance of Excel database, making and following up on phone calls, answering the phone, internet searches, customer service and other related tasks. Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality.

Expected Salary:

$13.00 per hour

Minimum Requirements:

Must be a UF Student and have a Federal Work-Study Award.

Preferred Qualifications:

Excellent interpersonal and communications skills, both written and oral.
Strong computer skills including proficiency with MS Word, Excel, and Outlook.
Exercise discretion in handling confidential and privileged information.
Excellent organizational, time management and follow-through skills.
High-level attention to detail, accuracy is essential.
Ability to handle a large volume of detailed information.
Must be able to work independently, be self-motivated and be able to multi-task.
Professional demeanor and dress.
Reliability is critical.
