Media, Events, Marketing We’re looking for a full-time Podcast Tech to join our in-person team in Downtown Miami. If you’re passionate about audio/video production, love tech, and want to be part of a growing team that creates high-level business and entrepreneurship content—we want to meet you.
What You’ll Do:
Set up, operate, and manage podcast equipment (mics, mixers, lighting, cameras) Record and edit podcast episodes (audio and video) Publish episodes to platforms like Spotify, Apple Podcasts, and YouTube Maintain audio/video quality and ensure consistent branding Support podcast guests and hosts during recording sessions Organize files, content, and production assets Troubleshoot any tech or recording issues
Requirements:
Experience with podcast or video editing software (e.g., Adobe Audition, GarageBand, Premiere Pro) Comfortable with professional podcast setups and lighting Strong attention to detail and commitment to high-quality production Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment Must be based in Miami or willing to work onsite daily at our Downtown office
