un ⚐ ⚑ ⚑ Looking for someone to place bandit signs in Birmingham compensation: $100 Hello! I am a real estate investor looking to establish a relationship with someone that is interested in placing and removing approximately 50 bandit signs in Birmingham in several different places in the city. Mainly the east side (Center Point/Roebuck/East Lake,) and the west side (Ensley, Powderly, Crossplex area.) Initially this will be 50 signs weekly, but will move to 100 signs weekly and I will pay $1 per sign placed, plus $1 per sign removed, plus 2% of the profit from each real estate transaction I close. Average profit is $10,000, so your profit would be $200 on one deal. So potential monthly pay from this relationship would be $800 + 2% of any deal I close.
Requirements:
- Must have a smart phone with a camera and the ability to download Google maps app and an app called SimpleCrew.
- Must be willing to take a quick photo of each sign placed and upload photo to Simplecrew (very simple.)
- I can pay with whatever you preferred electronic payment method is
- Must be willing to follow set sign placement locations on map, and agree to make signs visible to traffic (remember, more deals = more money for you.)
