A&D Mortgage is looking for an experienced Press Officer — someone who understands how modern media works, thrives under pressure, and sees every piece of communication as a strategic opportunity. We’re not looking for “just another PR specialist.” We’re looking for someone with intellect and character — someone who knows how to work with words, reputation, and senior executives with respect, insight, and awareness of the impact of every message.

Key Responsibilities:

Build and maintain relationships with media, journalists, and industry outlets Write, edit, and place comments, articles, and op-eds on behalf of the company and its executives Create media pitches and develop story angles that resonate Organize press events — both online and offline Handle crisis communications swiftly and professionally Be a confident public voice of A&D Mortgage Collaborate closely with senior leadership to support their public presence Work with clear goals in mind — you understand why each task matters and how to measure its impact (reach, mentions, sentiment, brand lift, etc.) 3+ years in PR, journalism, or a related field (portfolio preferred) Strong understanding of both digital and traditional media Experience in crisis communication — you stay composed when things get tough Excellent writing skills and editorial judgment Comfortable working with C-level executives and earning their trust Results-driven mindset — your work drives impact, not just activity Fluent English, Spanish is a plus.
