Job Order Hourly Rate of Pay:

$31.00 (Based on education and/or years of relevant work experience reflected on the application). This temporary position will be assigned to the Department of Commerce. This position is located at 301 N Wilmington St, Raleigh, NC 27601. The incumbent will provide writing and Research. Assistance with drafting of press releases, email correspondence, and content for social media, website and/or newsletters/digests; information gathering for event briefings; drafting of other general communications and collateral materials.30% – 2. Event Support. Assistance with coordinating, planning and execution of in-person, internal, external, and virtual events. Some travel may be required.20% – 3. Special Projects. Assistance with other projects to support the agency and its divisions, as needed. May include drafting, planning, coordinating, project management, etc.” Knowledge, Skills and Abilities /
