On Air Talent (Part-Time) – Long Island Radio Position Overview Long Island Radio is looking for a Part-Time On Air Talent! Main responsibilities include running the control board, part time on air/fill-in/voicetrack music formats, news, traffic, and writing. Please include your Air Check Package with application! Essential Duties and Responsibilities Run the control board Provide on-air/fill-in/voice track for music formats, news, and traffic Writing news and traffic reports Work during days/nights/weekends Communicate/speak/enunciate clearly Other duties as assigned Minimum Qualifications High school diploma Ability to take directions Excellent computer skills necessary Must be able to work nights & weekends The wage scale for this position is $16.50 per hour to $19.00 per hour. Final compensation for this role will be determined by a variety of factors such as skills, certifications, and relevant work experience.
