Description Develop, update, and maintain accurateRevit models and associated documentation for retail constructionprojects. Collaborate with architects, engineers, contractors, andproject managers to ensure design intent is fully captured in themodels. Coordinate with multiple disciplines to detect and resolveclashes and conflicts in the design phase using BIM coordinationtools. Produce construction drawings, schedules, and quantitytakeoffs as required. Support project teams by providing timelyupdates to BIM models reflecting design changes and constructionprogress. Assist in developing BIM standards and best practicesspecific to retail construction workflows. Participate in projectmeetings to provide technical support and BIM coordinationinsights. Profile Proficiency with Autodesk Revit, including familycreation, advanced modeling, and worksharing capabilities. Minimum3 years of experience as a Revit Specialist or BIM Coordinator inthe construction industry. Prior experience working on retailconstruction projects is strongly preferred. Knowledge ofconstruction processes and terminology related to retail andcommercial build-outs. Familiarity with clash detection software(Navisworks, BIM 360, or similar). Strong communication skills andability to collaborate across multi-disciplinary teams.

Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time-managementskills. Degree or certification in Architecture, Engineering,Construction Management, or related field is a plus.
