Job Description:

User Story documentation

• Create user stories based on the information discussed in the crossfunctional team meetings
• Collaborate with the Feature Lead to ensure user story contentaccuracy
• Collaborate with the BA to ensure user story completeness and bestpractices
• Update user stories, as needed in ADO
• Create documentation to frame the request for user story buildapproval (Word document, Visio
• Create documentation reflecting the future state design based onthe user stories (Word document, Viso
• Testing
• Collaborate with the feature lead to understand the purpose of thetesting phase, timeline, tools, and any constraints
• Perform various types of testing, documenting the results of thetests
• Collaborate with IT QA to answer questions when they aretesting
• Ensure validity raised defects
• Business Partner Discussions
• Participate in cross functional preparation meetings with thefeature lead and business partners
• Collaborate with business partners to ensure user stories correctlycapture requirements
• Collaborate with business partners during testing to understandimpact of defects
• Share information with and support business partners during phasesof testing where they participate
• Skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, withthe ability to present to stakeholders.

Excellent attention to detail and ability to organize complexinformation. Proficiency in technical writing and documentation principles. In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Visio, SharePoint Understanding of markup languages such as JSON for APIdocumentation. Experience using a Data Governance platform (Collibra, Purview,etc) preferred. Experience with Data Governance principles preferred. Ability to work collaboratively and effectively in across-functional team environment. Ability to quickly learn and master new applications, platforms,systems. Basic understanding of programming languages (SQL and MySQL) andAPI functionality. Ability to adapt quickly to changing requirements andpriorities. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. High level of curiosity with the ability to operate inambiguity.
