Key Responsibilities Analyze Federal, State, and Municipal Requests for Proposals (RFPs), Requests for Qualifications (RFQs), and other solicitations Develop compelling and compliant responses to RFPs and RFQs, ensuring alignment with solicitation requirements Coordinate the proposal development process by managing deadlines, collaborating with team members, and tracking submission requirements Develop and maintain proposal content, including personnel resumes, past performance write-ups, templates, and corporate documents Interview Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to generate proposal content, such as technical write-ups and company process descriptions Design and create proposal graphics, including infographics, charts, graphs, and cover pages using Adobe, Canva, and Microsoft Word Organize and maintain the proposal content database and SharePoint files Facilitate proposal meetings, including kick-offs, strategy sessions, color team reviews, and debriefs Research new business opportunities through government and commercial databases Support business development efforts by tracking past performance, maintaining client references, and ensuring compliance with federal and state regulations Ideal Candidate Profile Previous experience in proposal coordination, technical writing, or business development, preferably in the construction or federal contracting industry Strong understanding of government procurement processes and solicitation requirements Excellent written and verbal communication skills with exceptional attention to detail Highly organized and able to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, SharePoint), Adobe, and Canva Experience with proposal management software and database maintenance is a plus Ability to work independently and as part of a team while maintaining a proactive, problem-solving approach A passion for collaboration, continuous learning, and professional development Someone who embodies our Core Values and can represent our company with distinction What We Offer High-impact role with significant contribution to company growth Opportunity to work on projects that support disaster recovery, military installations, and federal agencies A culture that values character, purpose, and innovation Competitive salary and comprehensive benefits package Professional development and career advancement opportunities A place on a team that’s shaping the future of construction and disaster response Our Core Values We show GRIT in our unwavering determination to get the job done with
