A Tech Writer develops and maintains technical documentation, manuals, and guides, helping end-users and IT teams understand technical processes.

Software Skills:

Microsoft M365- Intermediate knowledge
Adobe Experience Manager (AEM)
Asana
SharePoint
Adobe Premier Pro (Intermediate/Advanced)

Adobe Firefly Key Skills Needed:

Writing expertise
Technical (e.g., step/action procedures) and creative writing (MSR engagement) examples)
Communicating with others
Communicating at all levels and platforms
Video Editing
Time Management
Adjusting priorities repeatedly to meet deadlines
Should I attend this meeting or are meeting notes acceptable
Critical thinking and quality decision making
