Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Proposal Writer to support our business development efforts for government contracts. The ideal candidate will be responsible for researching opportunities, writing compelling proposals, and ensuring full compliance with all
RFP/RFQ/RFI
requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop, write, and edit proposals in response to federal, state, and local government solicitations. Coordinate with subject matter experts to gather technical content and ensure accurate and persuasive responses. Review RFP documents to determine requirements and develop compliance matrices. Format, organize, and produce final proposal documents under tight deadlines. Maintain a library of past proposals and reusable content.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in English, Communications, Business, or a related field. 2+ years of experience writing proposals for government contracts. Strong understanding of the government procurement process. Excellent writing, editing, and project management skills. Familiarity with federal acquisition regulations (FAR) is a plus.
