Proposal Writer Position Available In Hillsborough, Florida

Our client is looking for a proposal writer to support their Infrastructure and Energy and Natural Resources teams. They are looking for someone with expertise in creating proposals in PPT.

Location:

Hybrid (1-2 days/week in office minimum) You are able to go onsite to any U.S. based office. A list of offices is listed below.

Hours:

Full-Time; 40 hrs/week (no overtime)

• Work closely with technical staff, business development team, and senior leadership to manage and lead proposal process, including developing client-centric proposal strategies and writing and developing clear, persuasive proposal content that is technically correct and clearly conveys the strategy
• Design visually dynamic and compelling proposals and presentations in PowerPoint
• Source content from various internal libraries and leverage past materials to draft best-in-class responses
• Provide final editing to ensure the response is accurate, concise, and effectiveProposal Writer Qualifications
• 3+ years of direct experience writing proposals; Bachelors degree in English, business, marketing, communications, or a related field
• APMP qualifications and infrastructure bidding experience
• Excellent PowerPoint skills and proficient in MS Office
• Exceptional business writing, editing, and communications skills; very detail oriented with an eye for design and graphics
• Excellent project management, organizational and problem-solving skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast paced, highly collaborative environment
