Rate:

• to $60 k yr full time) Mission Generate sharp, compliant proposals and build AI-driven content libraries that triple Infranergy’s bid velocity.

Key Duties Meet successful proposal submission volumes targets Draft & format technical / past-performance sections for DoS, DoD, utility & C&I RFPs. Maintain boiler-plate database in SharePoint / Notion; tag, version, update graphics. Prompt & fine-tune generative-AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT plug-ins, custom agents) to auto-fill forms, extract specs, and tailor win themes. Produce quick-turn capability sheets, cover letters, exhibits and post-award contract docs. Ideal Profile American citizen or Permanent Resident with authorization to work Strong business-writing samples; Adobe or MS 365 layout skills a plus. Familiarity with FedRAMP / FAR or energy-sector solicitations preferred.

Tech-curious:

comfortable testing low-code AI utilities and documenting SOPs. Reliable internet, timezone overlap with EST.
