In this role, you will assess the current environment and develop the most effective strategy and platform for creating Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) tailored to a front-line audience.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Main focus is to create standard operating procedures (SOPs) for front-line audience.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams within Merchandising Services to conduct research and gather information related to brand standards across various focus areas.
Develop and implement a comprehensive program that defines long-term maintenance tasks, schedules, and ownership for equipment and infrastructure.
Produce clear, accurate, and thorough technical documentation to support and standardize Merchandising Services procedures and guidelines. Over time contribute to the creation of manuals, training materials, and process documentation to support consistent execution and knowledge sharing

REQUIRED SKILLS
4 years of professional work experience as a Technical Writer
Proficient in grammar, spelling, document formatting
Experience creating SOPs for front-line audiences (retail experience preferred)
Proficient in Adobe Creative Cloud or similar platforms (InDesign currently used for SOP creation)
Proven ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and organize information for SOPs
Background in writing Manuals, Training documentation, and process guides
Strong attention to detail
Excellent communication skills
Bachelor’s Degree in related field
Must be authorized to work in the U.S./Sponsorships are not available
