Consultant role available! We are currently representing a client in the workforce solution industry, seeking a Proposal Writer to join their team on a contractual basis. This organization is a Facilities Services company, servicing the entire United States. The selected proposal writer will be utilized on a contractual basis, to cover for an indefinite period of time. The ideal candidate will possess strong written communication skills, a strategic mindset, and the ability to thrive in a deadline-driven environment. This role is essential in crafting compelling proposals that reflect the company’s brand, vision, and services. The selected candidates must come with experience in proposal writing for services.

Key Responsibilities:

Research, organize, and write persuasive content in a professional and credible tone
Review and analyze products, services, and business opportunities
Develop compelling strategies to influence decision-makers
Collaborate in meetings to identify and act on proposal opportunities
Prioritize tasks effectively to meet strict deadlines
Revise and edit proposals based on stakeholder feedback
Maintain content consistency by adhering to company guidelines and policies
Work closely with the design team to incorporate graphics and visuals
Present proposals and strategies to the leadership team

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in English, Communications, Marketing, or related field
Proven experience in proposal writing or a similar role
Proficient in Microsoft Word and other word processing tools
Strong computer, organizational, and time-management skills
Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
