Job Description:

We re looking for a Technical Writer to support our IT team by creating clear, detailed documentation for a modernized driver licensing application.

Responsibilities:

Write and maintain technical and user documentation
Document APIs, system architecture, batch jobs, and integrations
Work with IT teams to gather information and create templates
Keep documentation libraries organized and up to date

Skills Needed:

Strong writing and communication skills
Experience with REST APIs, data processes, and IT systems
Knowledge of documentation tools and version control
