Senior Technical Writer at Zoom in Augusta, Maine, United States Job Description What you can expect As a Senior Technical Writer in the Developer Documentation department, you will be responsible for documenting APIs and SDKs for multiple Zoom products -such as Zoom Team Chat, Zoom Phone and Calendar, and Zoom Meetings, to name just a few- as well as other developer tools. You’ll work with developer advocates, product managers, engineers, and other writers to gather information and plan documentation strategies, document the practical aspects of Zoom developer tools, and, over time, become a subject matter expert on them. About the team The Zoom Developer Documentation department, part of Developer Relations, is a group of experienced technical writers who work closely with developer advocates, engineers, and product managers to craft documentation on building and submitting apps to run in Zoom as well as integrating Zoom features into existing apps. Our documents are constantly evolving to keep pace with Zoom product developments and the needs of our worldwide developer audience.
