SOL Engineering Services, LLC is searching for a Technical / Grammatical Document Reviewer to review draft documents and analyze graphic and technical information, to provide specific feedback to the authors for their consideration with respect to technical or grammatical points. Requirements Requires at least a BS/BA in English or similar, related field where the individual has demonstrated skills in reviewing written material and assuring sound grammatical structure, formatting, organization, technical content, punctuation, and structure. Requires strong technical acumen related to engineering and/or scientific research. Technical documents may include but technical reports, papers, journal articles, military field manuals, abstracts, technical letters, special reports, and presentation briefings. Must be able to format, edit and proof written work products, and ensure all materials meet established standards of appearance, consistency, and content under tight schedules and strict deadlines. Must be a U.S. citizen, able to pass a background investigation (financial and criminal) and apply for and maintain up to a Secret clearance, as well as having a valid driver’s license. Solid Mathematics and basic computer skills are desirable. Work will be conducted in an office setting, and teleworking may be an option. No travel will be required.
