- Required Skills & Experience
- + 5+ years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work or consulting experience, training, military experience, education.
+ Familiarity with communications archiving & surveillance platforms implementation and their integration with communication channels. + Experience with delivery of large projects in Finacial Services environment. + Ability to map current vs. future state processes and identify areas for improvement. + Understanding of financial regulations and compliance obligations related to electronic communications surveillance. + Experience managing complex technology implementations using Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid methodologies. + Proactive in identifying, tracking, and mitigating project risks and issues. + Experience of handling of sensitive communications data, including retention, archiving, and auditability in line with internal policies and regulatory mandates. + Archiving Platforms like Theta Lake, Proofpoint, or SMARSH

- + Consult on complex initiatives with broad impact and large-scale planning for Business Execution.
+ Review and analyze complex multi-faceted, larger scale, or longer-term Business Execution challenges that require in-depth evaluation of multiple factors including intangibles or unprecedented factors. + Contribute to the resolution of complex and multi-faceted situations requiring solid understanding of the function, policies, procedures, and compliance requirements that meet deliverables. + Strategically collaborate and consult with client personnel.
