Job Summary:

Dexian is seeking a UX Writer for an opportunity with a client located in Raleigh, NC.

Responsibilities:

Write intuitive and engaging micro copy, UI text, and interaction content across digital platforms
Collaborate with product designers, engineers, and researchers to ensure copy aligns with the user journey and product goals
Contribute to and uphold content style guides and voice/tone standards
Help shape experiences for virtual assistants and conversational UI tools
Translate complex AI and tech-driven concepts into simple, user-centered language
Participate in UX research and design thinking activities to ensure user-centric communication

Required Qualifications:

3+ years of UX writing experience, preferably in digital product environments
Strong understanding of design principles, design thinking, and client-centric problem-solving
Proven expertise in short-form content and micro copy for user interfaces
Experience working closely with UX/UI designers and cross-functional product teams
Ability to clearly explain content decisions and work in a collaborative, feedback-driven environment
Background in design or experience working within a design team
Exposure to or interest in AI, LLMs, and conversational interfaces (e.g., Alexa, Google Assistant)
Experience with voice assistants, virtual assistants, or similar emerging technologies
Familiarity with content strategy frameworks and accessibility best practices
