As such this UX Writer must possess the ability to drive and work independently, collaborate with creative and business partners to concept and execute, yet understand how to take creative direction with humility. Mandatories

• Writing Microcopy. Craft clear and concise text for interface elements to guide users effectively.
• Demonstrated experience writing in multiple tones
• Ability to write across multiple lines of business for various projects simultaneously
• An understanding of mobile UX copy. This role with collaborate heavily with the UX writing team and the ideal candidate will need to make recommendations to help marketing and UX messaging sync for maximum impact Responsibilities
• Develop and refine content strategies that align with user needs and business goals. Brainstorm, strategize, and create content that promotes products and services
• Write clear, concise, and user-centric copy for various digital platforms. Consult with cross-functional team members and creative leaders to create great copy
• Collaborate with UX/UI designers to create wireframes and prototypes.
• Conduct user research and testing to inform content decisions.
• Ensure creative material is well-researched, effective and consistent with goals and brand standards
• Ensure all content is consistent with brand guidelines and tone of voice.
• Edit and proofread content to ensure accuracy and clarity.
• Present themes and concepts to key stakeholders and business partners, champion that work through to completion, and incorporate learnings for continued improvement
• Interview business partners, senior executives, subject matter experts and stakeholders to gather the information needed to create effective business messaging
• Stay current on marketing communications trends in and out of the industry
• Develop and maintain content guidelines and style guides for the experience in alignment with overall brand/tone guidelines to ensure consistency across platforms.

• Bachelor’s degree in English, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.7+ years Content strategy, UX writing and copywriting experience.
• Strong portfolio showcasing writing samples and content strategies.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Demonstrated conceptual ability in digital and offline channels
• Ability to differentiate between an idea and an execution
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
• 2+ years UX experience
• Ability to create and adhere to copy styles/standards
• Detail oriented, sound writing/editorial judgment
• Clear, concise, and confident verbal communication skills
• Intellectual curiosity and a team-oriented, collaborative spirit Experience Level Intermediate Level
