NVE Inc. is seeking a detail-oriented and mission-driven FOIAAnalyst to join our team in support of the our Federal Governmentcustomer. In this impactful role, you will support the federalgovernment’s commitment by ensuring sensitive information isproperly redacted from documents released under the Freedom ofInformation Act (FOIA), 5 U.S.C. § 552. As a FOIA Analyst , youwill review, analyze, redact, and annotate sensitive content fromgovernment documents containing data not intended for publicrelease. Your work will ensure compliance with all FOIArequirements and exemptions, preserving the integrity of sensitivefederal information while honoring the public’s right to access.

You’ll be instrumental in identifying protected content andapplying the appropriate exemption citations with precision andconsistency. The scope of this FOIA Analyst role extends beyondredaction. You will assist in a wide range of eDiscovery supportservices, including document analysis, data organization, andevidence preparation. Your work may involve retrieving, extracting,and preparing content from various data sources, including forensicimages and structured file systems. You’ll manage incoming documentrequests, and contribute to project organization anddelivery—making this an ideal role for professionals with ananalytical mindset and a desire to work on meaningful federalprojects. As a FOIA Analyst , success will require strong judgment,attention to detail, and a thorough understanding of FOIArequirements and exemptions. Experience with legal documentation,redaction software, or eDiscovery tools is preferred, along withthe ability to work independently, manage competing priorities, anddeliver accurate results under deadlines. Familiarity withsensitive government data handling protocols is a plus.
