Goose Creek, South Carolina 29445 As a Training Specialist / Sheet Metal, you will:

Job Details:

Plans, develops, and coordinates in-house product training programsfor field support personnel and customers. Obtains information needed to prepare in-house training programs;prepares training materials; develops course content; determinesmethodology; and coordinates the development of training aids. Conducts training sessions and develops criteria for evaluatingeffectiveness of training activities. May utilize trainers with technical expertise. Continuously revises lesson plans to meet new training requirementsand to keep technical information up to date. Selected candidates will be required to complete 2 to 3 monthstrain the trainer assignment onsite.

Must Have:

Sheet Metal New Hire and Advance skills training Bachelor’s degree or Apprentice School graduate. Nice to Have Preferred Qualifications Thorough knowledge of sheet metal skills. Ability to lay off and measure Flexibility to work different shifts. Qualified candidates should

PAY RANGE AND BENEFITS

Salary Range•: $30 – $31 Per hour. •Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based onseveral factors, including the candidate’s education, workexperience, work location, specific job duties, certifications,etc.
