Position Summary We are seeking a creative, detail-oriented Video Editor to join our in-house marketing team full-time. The ideal candidate will have a passion for storytelling through video and the ability to produce high-quality, engaging content that communicates our brand values across various platforms. Responsibilities Edit and produce video content: promotional, educational, and internal communication Assemble raw footage into polished, cohesive videos Add transitions, effects, motion graphics, titles, and audio enhancements Collaborate with creative team members on content strategy and execution Utilize AI tools and technologies to streamline editing workflows Stay current with video editing trends and visual storytelling techniques Maintain organized digital assets and file management systems Ensure consistent branding across all video content Required Skills, Preferred Experience, and Qualifications Video editing experience preferred Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects Strong visual storytelling and creative problem-solving skills Experience with AI tools in creative workflows (preferred but not required) Excellent communication and time management abilities Ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines Passion for innovation, design trends, and continuous learning Compensation & Benefits $20-$28 per hour based on experience Health, dental, and vision insurance 401(k) with company match Paid time off (PTO) accrual Company-paid continuing education opportunities Career Development We offer ongoing support for professional growth through mentorship, training, and hands-on experience.
